Hyderabad witnessed a large protest at Charminar on Friday, where many people showed support for Gaza. They condemned the ongoing violence, killings, and lack of food for Palestinians due to Israel’s military actions.
Protesters held signs and chanted for an immediate end to the violence. They demanded open humanitarian help and justice for the victims. The Students Islamic Organisation (SIO) of Telangana organized the event.
Mohd Faraz Ahmed, the State President of SIO Telangana, spoke at the event. He criticized global leaders and human rights advocates for their silence. He pointed out the role of the United States in supporting Israel. He urged the Indian government to stand firmly for Palestine and stop the sale of weapons to Israel.
Faraz called for international leaders to ensure aid reaches Palestine swiftly. He encouraged Indians to spread awareness, avoid buying Israeli products, and support Palestine.
He emphasized that the world must not ignore the suffering in Gaza. Protests, boycotts, and prayers are essential responses, he said.
The event ended with a call for continued peaceful support and prayers for Palestinians. SIO Telangana committed to pushing for justice and accountability in the future.
