Hyderabad: Congress leaders from the LB Nagar constituency have issued a strong warning, threatening to stage protests at Gandhi Bhavan if senior leader Madhu Yaskhi Goud is not given a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) position and a ministerial post.
DCC spokespersons Venkatesh Goud and Bathula Anjiah highlighted Madhu Yaskhi’s contributions and experience, stressing that he deserves a place in the cabinet. They called on Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Revanth Reddy to address the issue without delay.
The leaders cautioned that ignoring their demands would lead to a large-scale protest at Gandhi Bhavan, potentially intensifying the situation. Party members now await Revanth Reddy’s decision as tensions grow within the Congress ranks.
