The government has approved the idea of treating TSRTC employees as government employees. To ensure this, a committee has been formed by the government. The committee will be led by Finance Secretary Ramakrishna and will include officials from the GAD and Labour departments. They will submit a report to the government soon.
Additionally, a bill will be passed in the Assembly in order to solidify this decision. This means that TSRTC employees will officially be recognized as government employees.
