Noted comedian Garimella Visveswara Rao, aged 62, passed away at his residence in Sirucherry, Chennai after battling illness. His death comes shortly after the passing of writer Sri Ramakrishna and costume designer Dasi Sudarshan.
Following his demise, many film celebrities have expressed their sorrow. Visveswara Rao’s mortal remains were kept at his residence for fans to pay their respects. His family has announced that his last rites will be performed on Wednesday.
