    Senior officials of the Telangana State Waqf Board are reportedly unhappy with the regularisation of services for 43 employees, which could lead to further confusion and legal issues. The officials have allegedly made representations against the board’s decision and hired social workers to create difficulties for the affected employees. The officials are said to be concerned about differences in educational qualifications among the employees, who have been serving for up to 12 years. However, members of the board have stressed the importance of improving employee performance and accountability, including by raising salaries and regularising temporary workers. Sources suggest that any attempts to obstruct the regularisation process could affect all 43 employees.
