As established areas become saturated, there is increased demand for housing in neighboring regions like Kompally, Medchal, and Shamirpet. In Kompally and Alwal, standalone flats typically range from Rs 4,500 to Rs 5,000 per sq. ft., while units within gated communities are priced between Rs 5,500 and Rs 6,000 per sq. ft. Plots generally range from Rs 60,000 to Rs 80,000 per sq. yard.
