Retired employee gives Rs 4 crore house to Yadagirigutta temple

Hyderabad: A retired government worker, Muttineni Venkateswarlu, has generously given his house to his beloved deity, Lord Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy, in Yadagirigutta. The donated property, located in Tilak Nagar, is a G+3 building with a penthouse, worth over Rs 4 crore.

The official property transfer took place at the Sub-Registrar’s Office in Chikkadpally. Venkata Rao, the Executive Officer of the Yadagirigutta Temple, was present during the registration. Venkateswarlu personally handed over the property’s documents to Venkata Rao, Temple Chairman Bhaskarayani Narasimha Murthy, and other temple staff.

The temple authorities honored Venkateswarlu with a sacred shawl and prasadam for his generous act. EO Venkata Rao praised the donor’s dedication and kind gesture.

This significant donation received government recognition. Endowments Minister Konda Surekha and Principal Secretary Shailaja Ramaiyar applauded Venkateswarlu for his remarkable contribution. They noted that his act of devotion and service serves as an inspiration for others to show faith and generosity.
