Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is preparing to fulfill Congress’ promises made during the Assembly elections. He plans to focus on addressing farmers’ issues, such as waiving Rs 2 lakh farm loans and ensuring fair prices for crops. He will also prioritize filling vacant government positions and improving higher education institutions.
Revanth has committed to implementing all six guarantees and developing Warangal to match Hyderabad’s level. He has assured that friendly relations with Andhra Pradesh will be maintained regardless of the neighboring state’s election outcome.
The Chief Minister mentioned plans to form committees to select beneficiaries for housing schemes and upgrade ITI institutions for youth employment. He also discussed connecting the Regional Ring Road to growth areas and addressing the phone tapping case in the Assembly.
Revanth predicted that certain political parties may lose deposits in Lok Sabha segments and placed the BJP in third position in Medak. He highlighted using the Musi Riverfront project for revenue generation and stated that the government will not intervene if L&T decides to sell the Metro Rail project.
