Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has gone to Delhi to meet with the Congress high command. He will be asking for permission to expand his cabinet and to finalize the new TPCC President.
Revanth Reddy has already given his list of preferred cabinet members for expansion. Meanwhile, State Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy is pushing hard for a ministerial position for his wife, Kodad MLA N Padmavathi Reddy from the old Nalgonda district.
The Chief Minister is supporting senior party leader and Munugod MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy to be included in his cabinet. The cabinet expansion is expected to happen next week.
