In Hyderabad, RS Praveen Kumar, the BRS party’s Nagarkurnool MP candidate, criticized the Congress government for not fulfilling its promise to waive off crop loans immediately after taking office. He questioned whether the pledge of Rs 2 lakh loan waiver for farmers on December 9 was still valid.

RS Praveen Kumar pointed out that farmers seeking new loans for investment were being pressured to repay their old debts. He directly addressed Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, reminding him of the promise made on December 9.
