Shri Paritosh Pankaj, the District Superintendent of Police in Sangareddy, showed top-notch law enforcement skills today. He inspected the Armed Reserve Dog Squad and the Bomb Disposal Team during the end of the 2nd District Level Duty Meet.
SP Pankaj observed a demonstration by dog handlers. The trained dogs showcased their abilities in finding explosives and illegal substances like ganja at crime scenes. The Bomb Disposal Team demonstrated their methods for checking roads and venues for VIPs. They used deep search metal detectors to locate hidden ammunition and explained how door frame and handheld metal detectors work at entrances.
In his speech, SP Pankaj stressed the need for professionalism in the police force. He announced plans for a district-level police duty meet to discover and develop officers’ talents. Successful participants will advance to the zonal-level meet and potentially showcase their skills at the state level, boosting the district’s reputation.
