The Commissioner of Cyberabad Municipal Corporation held a comprehensive review meeting with officials from Serilingampally Zone, emphasizing the need for quicker resolution of citizen grievances and enhanced field monitoring. The meeting outlined clear directives for municipal officials to maintain stronger ground presence and ensure prompt action on public complaints across multiple platforms including X/Twitter, MyGHMC, WhatsApp, and Prajavani.

Officials were instructed to intensify field inspections and closely track pending grievances to ensure timely resolution. The Commissioner stressed that municipal staff must stay connected with citizens and address their concerns without delay. The directive comes as part of a broader push to improve civic services and strengthen responsive governance in the zone.

Special attention was given to critical infrastructure issues including pothole filling, road restoration, footpath improvements, nala development, and waterlogging mitigation. With monsoon season approaching, officials were directed to implement comprehensive preparedness measures to prevent flooding and drainage problems. The meeting also reviewed follow-up actions on issues identified during the One Ward Every Day programme, which aims to address local civic problems systematically.

In a significant initiative to enhance public spaces, officials received instructions to develop one model junction in every Circle by July 15. Additionally, municipal authorities have been tasked with identifying suitable locations for sports and recreational facilities that can serve citizens of all age groups. This move is aimed at creating better community spaces and improving the quality of urban life in the zone.

The sanitation review highlighted the need for stronger supervision and better resource deployment to maintain sustained cleanliness standards across all wards. The Commissioner emphasized that regular monitoring and proper allocation of sanitation resources are essential to ensure consistent hygiene levels throughout Serilingampally Zone. Officials were directed to maintain strict oversight of sanitation operations and address any lapses immediately.

The meeting concluded with emphasis on submitting regular Action Taken Reports (ATRs), conducting continuous field reviews, and strengthening inter-departmental coordination. These measures are designed to ensure that civic issues move swiftly from identification to resolution, creating a more efficient system of municipal governance that prioritizes citizen welfare and service delivery.
