    A Mega Job Mela was held in Warangal, where over 3,000 unemployed youth attended. The Job Mela had more than 85 reputed companies present to recruit personnel. Around 400 youth were able to secure jobs with a minimum monthly salary of Rs 20,000. The chairman of the Errabelli Pradeep Rao Charitable Trust, Errabelli Vineeth Rao, expressed the importance of a first job and the impact it has on a person’s career and self-confidence. The trust plans to organize more job fairs to help local unemployed youth find employment.

    Errabelli Pradeep Rao, the chairman of the Warangal Urban Cooperative Bank Limited and a senior BJP leader, highlighted the growing number of jobseekers each year and the risk of unemployment leading to undesirable outcomes. To prevent this, the Errabelli Pradeep Rao Charitable Trust has taken the initiative to organize Job Fairs in Warangal. He encouraged the youth to seize the opportunity and improve their lives.

    At the job fair, former Warangal Mayor T Rajeshwar Rao presented offer letters to the successful candidates. The event was attended by various dignitaries including BJP Warangal district president Kondeti Sridhar, Warangal Chamber of Commerce president Bommineni Ravinder Reddy, Oasis School chairman Dr J S Paramjyothy, Dr P Vijaychander Reddy, Dr Kali Prasad, Banoth Akhil Ram Naik, and Banoth Sriram Naik.
