Karimnagar: A workshop titled ‘Introduction to Quantum Computing’ took place at Kamala Institute of Technology and Science, Singapuram. Dr. K Raghavendra Rao from PES University, Bangalore spoke at the event. He emphasized that quantum computers simplify problem-solving.

Dr. K Shankar, the college director, chaired the event. He highlighted ongoing global research in quantum computing. He noted that QPI AI, a company from Bangalore, successfully developed a quantum computer, marking significant progress.

Raghavendra Rao explained that quantum computers integrate physics and mathematics principles, making them easier to understand. The workshop covered foundational topics like the Star Richard experiment, Foreman theory, and Felix Black space.

Shankar mentioned that their college includes quantum computing in its engineering curriculum, encouraging students to explore these subjects further.
