Hyderabad: Tansen, a well-known spot in Hyderabad for northwest frontier dishes, is hosting the Royal Kitchen Food Festival from July 24 to 26. This event celebrates the flavors of India’s colonial era, featuring beloved Anglo-Indian recipes and dishes inspired by railway journeys from abroad.
Amar Ohri, Director of the Ohri’s Group, mentioned that each dish they prepare tells a story, reflecting tradition and the joy of uniting people through food.
