A teenager playing cricket in Nampally, Hyderabad made a startling discovery. While retrieving a ball, he found a human skeleton in an old, locked house.
Surprised by the find, the teen took photos and shared them on social media, where they quickly gained attention. He also alerted nearby residents and the police.
Police arrived promptly and forced the door open. They confirmed the presence of the skeleton and called in the CLUES team for forensic examination.
Police believe the remains might belong to Muneer Khan, the house owner who reportedly lived alone. There were no indications of a struggle, blood, or foul play, suggesting a natural death. However, the identity is not yet confirmed, pending family questioning.
DCP Chandramohan visited the site to assess the situation. Once identification is verified, the body will be sent for an autopsy.
The Habeebnagar police continue to investigate for further details.
