Telangana Announces 25% Rebate on LRS Fees from May 1 to July 31

Hyderabad, April 29: The Telangana government has issued fresh orders providing a 25% rebate on Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) fees and charges, offering relief to plot owners seeking to regularise their properties.

As per the latest Government Order (G.O.Ms No.131) issued by the Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Department, the rebate will be applicable from May 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026.

Relief for Plot Owners

The decision is expected to benefit a large number of plot owners who have applied for regularisation under the Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS). With the rebate in place, applicants can complete the process at a reduced cost during the specified window.
