The Telangana Congress party has requested the state Government to give Balladeer Gaddar a proper farewell with full state honors. When Gaddar’s body was taken to LB Stadium, Congress party leaders and activists arrived to pay their respects. TPCC President A Revanth Reddy, along with senior leaders Madhu Yashki Goud and Anjan Kumar Yadav, were among those present.

The party workers raised slogans demanding the government to order the last rites to be performed with full state honors. They questioned why the government had not made a decision regarding this matter. They believe that the government should acknowledge Gaddar’s contributions during the Telangana movement and his efforts in reviving Telangana culture through his songs.
