The IMD has predicted heavy to very heavy rains in parts of Telangana for the next five days. There is a yellow alert issued for the state.
Heavy to very heavy rain is expected in Karimnagar, Mahabubabad, Warangal, and Hanamkonda districts. Similarly, heavy rain is likely in Adilabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna Sirsilla, Peddapalli, Khammam, Jangaon, Hyderabad, and many other districts of Telangana.
Thunderstorms with lightning and gusty winds are also expected in isolated places across Telangana. On Tuesday, there will be light to moderate rain or thundershowers in most areas of Telangana. These conditions are expected to continue until July 19.
