Hyderabad: Telangana’s government accused the BJP-led central government of unfairly treating the state regarding semiconductor project approvals. Despite strong interest from investors, these projects are not progressing in Telangana.
The state claims it offers a great environment for semiconductor manufacturing, yet the central government shows a clear bias. This was stated in an official release.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has repeatedly asked for approval of these projects. However, the Union government continues to neglect Telangana, the release mentioned.
Instead, the central government is helping create a semiconductor ecosystem in states favored by the BJP. This situation undermines Telangana’s strong policies, infrastructure, and political stability, the release noted.
