The Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation has announced a public auction of 137 open residential plots located in strategic areas across Hyderabad. According to the Corporation’s Managing Director, Sri V. P. Gautham, the auction will take place on February 7 and 8, offering fully developed plots with basic infrastructure to prospective homebuyers.
The plots are situated in three prime locations: Thorrur and Kurmalguda in Rangareddy district, and Bahadurpally in Medchal-Malkajgiri district. Sri V. P. Gautham stated that the upset price ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per square yard, which is notably lower than prevailing market rates. The pricing varies depending on the location and type of plot, making them attractive options for individuals planning to construct homes according to their preferences.
At Thorrur, located near the ORR-Adibatla and IT Corridor, 105 plots ranging from 200 to 500 square yards are available at an upset price of ₹25,000 per square yard. The public auction for these plots will be conducted on February 7 and 8. Interested buyers must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2 lakh on or before February 6.
In Bahadurpally, situated near the ORR, 12 plots measuring between 200 and 1,000 square yards will go under the hammer. Corner plots are priced at ₹30,000 per square yard, while other plots are available at ₹27,000 per square yard. The auction is scheduled for February 8 afternoon, and applicants need to pay an EMD of ₹3 lakh on or before February 7.
At Kurmalguda, near Shamshabad Airport, 20 plots sized between 200 and 300 square yards are on offer at an upset price of ₹20,000 per square yard. The public auction will be held on February 8 afternoon, with the EMD of ₹2 lakh due on or before February 7.
The Managing Director emphasized that these layouts offer excellent connectivity and come with clear titles free from legal disputes. Being developed by a government agency, buyers can commence construction immediately after purchase. The decision to conduct this auction follows strong demand witnessed in previous auctions conducted by the Corporation.
