A significant theft attempt occurred at the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Yadagirigutta. Outsourcing employees tried to steal tamarind bags from the temple’s prasadam center. Police patrols thwarted their plan as they attempted to transport the bags using a conveyor belt.

When the police arrived, the suspects left the vehicle and tamarind bags behind, fleeing the scene. Officers seized 10 tamarind bags and secured them.

Authorities arrested two outsourcing employees after investigating the incident. They continue to question the suspects to gather more information.

There is suspicion that senior temple officials might be involved. Many wonder how the employees could attempt such a theft in a secure area without internal help.
