Hyderabad – The Telangana State Innovation Cell (TGIC) has expanded its mission to boost innovation across the state by partnering with nine more colleges. This move is part of phase-2 of TGIC’s initiative to build strong entrepreneurship support systems in educational institutions.
Earlier, TGIC had signed agreements with 18 colleges. With the latest additions, the total number of partner institutions has grown, strengthening its presence across Telangana.
Under this new plan, each college will set up its own Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cell. These cells will act as hubs for students and local communities to develop new ideas, start businesses, and get support from TGIC programs.
The goal is to create active centers where innovation can thrive, helping young minds and entrepreneurs turn their ideas into reality.
Meraj Faheem, CEO of TGIC, emphasized the importance of this effort. He said, “Completing phase-2 allows us to reach more students and communities. Our collaboration with these colleges plays a key role in building a strong innovation network throughout Telangana.”
Through these partnerships, TGIC aims to make its resources more accessible and impactful, encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship in every corner of the state.
