TGSRTC to run 130 special buses for annual fish medicine event

The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) will run 130 special buses for the annual fish medicine distribution at the Exhibition Grounds in Nampally on June 8 and 9. These buses will connect various places in the city to the Exhibition Grounds and will operate on normal fare starting from June 7.

Officials from TGSRTC mentioned that over 50 special buses will be operated from points like Secunderabad railway station, Kacheguda railway station, JBS, MGBS, ECIL X Road, and RGI Airport to the Exhibition Grounds. Additionally, 80 special buses will run from 14 other places to the venue. These buses will allow passengers to alight at Gandhi Bhavan and then proceed to Exhibition Grounds.

The TGSRTC decided to arrange buses for the fish prasadam distribution venue as it attracts numerous asthma patients who believe consuming the prasadam can help alleviate their condition. Special counters will be set up by TGSRTC at various locations in the city to address public issues during this event.

Regular buses coming from Dilsukhnagar and Afzalgunj will also be operated via Gandhi Bhavan on the return trip. This move aims to provide convenient transportation options for attendees of the fish medicine distribution event.
