The Telangana High Court has told the CBI not to arrest Avinash Reddy until Wednesday the 31st. This is because of a petition from MP Avinash Reddy. The High Court will make a final decision on the 31st and no action should be taken until then.

There was a long hearing yesterday before the Telangana High Court’s vacation bench. Avinash Reddy and Sunitha presented their arguments, and so did the CBI’s lawyer, Anil. During the investigation, CBI SP Vikas Singh, ASP Mukesh Sharma, Sunitha and her husband Narreddy Rajasekhara Reddy came to the court hall.

The CBI lawyer accused Avinash Reddy of causing problems in the investigation and not cooperating. It is thought that there were political reasons for the murder. The vacation bench of the High Court asked some questions about this.
