The first extended executive meeting of the PCC in Hyderabad will discuss important issues such as preparation for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and strategies to counter the opposition BRS. The meeting will be chaired by Deepa Dasmunshi, the new AICC in-charge for Telangana. The party aims to win most of the 17 segments in the Lok Sabha elections and has set a target of 15 to 16 constituencies. Other topics to be discussed include filling vacant positions of DCC presidents and strategies to take on the ruling BRS. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy also discussed various issues with the party high command during a recent visit to Delhi. Deepa Dasmunshi received a grand welcome upon her arrival in Hyderabad.
