    A two-day training event for Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and their supervisors from Telangana State began on Thursday at the India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) in New Delhi. This initiative aims to improve electoral management at the grassroots level and ensure smooth election processes. Chief Electoral Officer C Sudharshan Reddy attended and emphasized the importance of local involvement in elections.

    Key attendees included District Election Officers (DEOs) Sri Mikkilineni Manu Choudhary, Collector & District Election Officer of Medchal Malkajgiri, and Sri Anudeep Durishetty, Collector & District Election Officer of Hyderabad.

    In total, 56 BLO Supervisors and 63 Booth Level Officers joined the program. They focused on updating their skills in voter registration, maintaining accurate electoral rolls, using digital tools, and following election rules and guidelines. The training aimed to ensure precision, responsibility, and inclusivity in elections.
