Khanapur: Local MLA Veduma Bojju Patel stressed the need for quality education to improve the lives of tribal communities. On Saturday, he attended a meeting organized by Gondu Sanskritika Samaj in Kienjhar, Odisha.
He highlighted the educational improvements made by the Telangana government. The government has introduced reforms aimed at enhancing education for Backward Classes, which are showing positive outcomes.
The MLA mentioned special care for students in ashram schools, especially those in tribal areas. Students receive education, meals, and accommodation. Since 2014, various educational institutions like ashrams, gurukuls, and Sainik schools have been established. Modern science labs and libraries are also available, with experienced teachers providing high-level education.
Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is working to strengthen Telangana’s education system by setting up Integrated Residential Schools in remote rural locations.
He encouraged tribal youth to pursue higher education, as it is key to gaining societal recognition and achieving personal goals.
