Tribal Students Advised to Work Hard for Success in Exams
Bhadrachalam: The marks obtained in the tenth grade play a crucial role in shaping a student’s future. ITDA Project Officer B. Rahul encouraged tribal students to study hard, write their exams well, and aim for top marks, assuring them that hard work always pays off.
On Wednesday, he visited the Regupalli Tribal Welfare Department Girls’ Ashram School in Dummugudem Mandal. During his visit, he had lunch with the students and inquired whether they were receiving meals as per the daily menu.
Later, he held a special meeting with the tenth-grade students. He advised them to follow exam rules and emphasized the importance of education in securing a bright future. He reminded them that their parents, who are engaged in agriculture and daily wage work, have great hopes for them. He urged the students not to disappoint their parents but instead study diligently and bring pride to their families. He stressed that tenth-grade marks would be essential for future studies, including intermediate courses and competitive exams like NEET and EAMCET. He encouraged them to aim for a perfect 10 out of 10 score.
Speaking to the teachers, he pointed out that only 40 days remained for the tenth-grade exams. He instructed them to conduct study sessions in the morning and evening. He emphasized that teachers should take responsibility for weaker students, help them overcome their exam fears, and closely monitor their progress. He also advised that all teachers, wardens, and headmasters should stay local and supervise students carefully. No student should be sent home, and holidays should not be given to headmasters or subject teachers.
Additionally, he suggested that after students complete their slip tests, teachers should check their answer sheets and discuss the results with them. This would help students understand their mistakes and improve their performance in the final exams.
