Hyderabad: The United Federation of Resident Welfare Association (UFRWA) is launching a special awareness campaign to mark National Voters Day on January 25. This initiative aims to increase voter awareness at the grassroots level and encourage active participation in the democratic process among residents.

The campaign focuses on educating citizens about the voting process, verifying their names on the voter list, and understanding the importance of casting their vote. It also seeks to draw attention to the connection between voting and good governance, stressing the need for transparency and accountability in leadership. Additionally, the campaign is working to enroll new voters who have recently turned 18, empowering them to exercise their right to vote.
