Unclaimed Vehicles to be Auctioned by Hyderabad Police

The Cyberabad Police in Hyderabad have 1197 abandoned vehicles of different types and makes. These vehicles are located at Moinabad PS Grounds in the Cyberabad Commissionerate. The police plan to sell them through a public auction. This is allowed under the Cyberabad (Metropolitan area) Police Act, 2004, along with sections 40 and 41 of the Hyderabad City Police Act.

If anyone has an objection or owns/had a loan on any of the vehicles, they can file an application with the Commissioner of Police in Cyberabad Commissionerate. They have six months to claim their vehicle from the notification date. If no one claims them, the vehicles will be auctioned.
