    Union Bank of India Hosts MSME Outreach Campaign in Hyderabad

    The Union Bank of India (UBI) recently organized an MSME Outreach Campaign at its Regional Office in Saifabad, Hyderabad. The event demonstrated the bank’s commitment to supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which play a crucial role in driving economic growth.

    The campaign was attended by senior officials, including Kare Bhaskara Rao, Chief General Manager and Zonal Head, Hyderabad, and Sonalika, Deputy General Manager and Regional Office Head. Other key attendees included Deputy Regional Heads Jagadeesh Lepakshi and Ravi Marem, as well as Subramanya C.G., Head of the MSME Loan Point. These officials engaged directly with MSME customers, sharing valuable insights about the bank’s initiatives and policies aimed at strengthening the sector.

    Around 50 MSME customers participated in the event, taking the opportunity to interact with senior bank officials. These discussions focused on exploring financial support options and strategies for business growth. As a testament to UBI’s commitment, loans amounting to approximately Rs 400 crore were sanctioned during the campaign, showcasing the bank’s dedication to empowering small businesses.

    Speaking at the event, Kare Bhaskara Rao highlighted the bank’s critical role in fostering MSME development. He emphasized the importance of customized financial solutions and timely credit assistance in helping small businesses thrive. “UBI remains steadfast in its mission to support the MSME sector by offering tailored financial services and fostering long-term partnerships that drive sustainable growth and development,” he stated.

    The campaign underscored Union Bank of India’s focus on empowering MSMEs, recognizing their role as the backbone of the economy. Through such initiatives, the bank continues to reaffirm its commitment to driving economic progress and supporting small businesses nationwide.
