A yellow alert has been issued for Hyderabad by the weather department. However, they have said that the rain is not likely to be as heavy as what was experienced last week.
On Monday, April 7, the temperature in Musheerabad, Hyderabad reached 39.2°C. The highest temperature in the Nirmal district was even higher, at 41.2°C.
Rain is also expected in other parts of Telangana on both April 8 and 9. Due to this, temperatures across the region are likely to drop, bringing some cool relief from the heat.
