VIT Mauritius and Binghamton University in the United States have officially joined hands to create new educational opportunities for students across the globe.
The two institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at shaping the next generation of global leaders. This agreement will allow students to benefit from advanced learning experiences and exchange programs between India, Mauritius, and the US.
Dr. G Viswanathan, the Founder and Chancellor of VIT, and Dr. Harvey G Stenger, President of Binghamton University, signed the partnership agreement.
The signing ceremony took place at Binghamton University's campus in New York. The event was attended by top officials from both universities, including Nobel Prize winner Dr. M Stanley Whittingham.
This collaboration marks a significant step toward building strong international academic ties. It promises students exposure to diverse cultures, world-class education, and global career opportunities.
