The Telangana State Wakf Board has set aside Rs 10 crore to improve facilities for Haj pilgrims in 2023. The chairman of the board, Mohammed Masiullah Khan, announced that the money will be used to make the Haj House cleaner and more comfortable for visitors. The board has asked the GHMC to clean the basement and remove water near the under-construction structure next to the Haj House. The Wakf Board staff have also been instructed to ensure the elevators in the building are working properly during the Haj camp. The board is committed to making the Haj House a comfortable and well-equipped place for visitors, and aims to ensure that pilgrims receive the best care and comfort during their stay.
