In Suryapet district, a worker died and two others were seriously injured at a cement factory. The incident happened when a machine carrying concrete mixture collapsed. The machine was being moved from the ground floor to the sixth floor to construct a slab, but it got stuck on the fourth floor. Workers were trying to fix it when it suddenly fell, causing the death and injuries.
The injured workers have been taken to a hospital and rescue operations are ongoing at the factory. The police official stated that there are no reports of people being trapped, but they can only confirm after the equipment is removed from the site.
