Hyderabad: On February 25, the Punjagutta police issued a lookout notice for social media influencer and YouTuber Anvesh. This action followed the deletion of his Instagram account, Naa Anveshana.
The notice came after Telugu actress and comedian Karate Kalyani filed a complaint. She accused Anvesh of making disrespectful comments about Hindu deities in a video.
Despite his Instagram account, which had over one million followers, being deleted, Anvesh stated in a video that he still runs two Instagram accounts and two YouTube channels.
The police plan to contact Instagram and YouTube to gather information on his accounts. They aim to bring Anvesh in for questioning and review the digital evidence connected to the case.
