    On the last day of nomination for the Assembly elections in Hyderabad, 20 candidates decided to withdraw from the contest. There are a total of 312 candidates competing for 15 Assembly seats in Hyderabad. Nampally has the highest number of contestants with 34, followed by Musheerabad with 31 candidates. Malakpet has 27 candidates, while Secunderabad Cantonment has the lowest with only 10 contestants. Three candidates withdrew from Karwan, Goshamahal, Chandrayangutta, and Secunderabad. Musheerabad, Khairatabad, and Sanathnagar each had two candidates withdraw, while Jubilee Hills and Secunderabad Cantonment had one candidate withdraw.
