The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) recently conducted searches at the Greenko office in Madhapur. These searches were part of an ongoing investigation into the Formula E race case. Officials also extended their searches to Greenko’s subsidiary, ‘Ace Next Gen.’ The investigation focuses on electoral bonds linked to Greenko’s subsidiaries, which have raised concerns due to their involvement in the Formula E race case.

As part of the probe, the ACB is examining a payment of Rs. 41 crore that was made to the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) through electoral bonds. This payment occurred before the Formula E deal was finalized. The deal itself was formalized through a tripartite agreement signed on October 25, 2022.

KTR had previously been asked to appear on December 9, but this fresh notice highlights the seriousness of the ongoing investigation.
