Nirmal: On Saturday, BJLP leader MLA Alletti Maheshwar Reddy made an extensive tour of Sarangapur mandal.
He checked the paddy purchase centers in the villages of Tandra, Vaikunthapur, and Kanketa. Reddy urged officials to speed up the buying process. He emphasized the need for officials to understand farmers’ issues and work towards solving them.
Reddy called for action against those exploiting farmers over moisture content and other issues in rice mills. He stressed the importance of supporting rice producers.
