Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy announced this decision, stating that it was important to support these award winners who often come from rural backgrounds and poor families. Venkaiah Naidu expressed concern about the decline in political values and the behavior of lawmakers, noting that they often use foul language. He shared an incident where women asked him for a solution to this issue, and he advised them to press the button against such leaders when they go to vote.
