Bandi Sanjay Kumar, the State BJP president, has accused Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao of disrespecting former Prime Minister late P V Narasimha Rao. Bandi Sanjay Kumar claims that KCR used Narasimha Rao’s name to gain votes from Brahmins during the last MLC elections, but has since ignored his birth and death anniversaries. Bandi Sanjay Kumar paid tribute to Narasimha Rao on his 102nd birth anniversary at the PV Ghat at Necklace Road. He criticized the Congress party for neglecting Narasimha Rao while the rest of the country pays tribute to him. Bandi Sanjay Kumar also urged the Brahmin community to be cautious of KCR’s deceptive politics.
Bandi Sanjay Kumar finds it shameful that CM KCR has not responded to the statements made by MIM president Asaduddin Owaisi and his brother Akbaruddin Owaisi about demolishing the PV Ghat. He also questions why KCR has not put pressure on the Central government to honor Narasimha Rao with the Bharat Ratna, the highest civilian award in the country.
