The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has issued a notice to Joginipally Santosh Kumar, former Member of Parliament and General Secretary of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), in connection with the ongoing phone tapping investigation. The notice, issued under Section 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), directs him to appear before the investigating officials.
