Telangana High Court: Meinhardt Issues Legal Notice to BRS Leader Manne Krishank

A Singapore-based company, Meinhardt, has been hired by the Telangana government to create a plan for beautifying the Musi River. Recently, the company sent a legal notice to BRS party leader Manne Krishank. The company said that Krishank made false accusations against it regarding the Musi River project.

Meinhardt claims that Krishank’s statements were meant to harm its reputation. In the legal notice, the company demanded that Krishank take back his comments within 24 hours. They also asked him to apologize and remove the posts he had made on his social media account (X). The company warned that if Krishank did not comply, they would take legal action against him in civil and criminal courts.

In response to the notice, Manne Krishank stood his ground. He said he has no intention of deleting his posts on X about the Musi River contract. He added that he is ready to face any legal challenges related to the issue.

Krishank mentioned that he had already discussed the legal notice with BRS party working president KT Rama Rao. He also said that the BRS party’s Legal Cell would handle the matter and respond on his behalf to the Singapore-based company.

In a bold statement on his X account, Krishank asked whether it was true that Pakistan had issued a red warrant notice to Meinhardt for a Rs 3,000 crore scam. He also questioned whether it was true that the Airports Authority of India (AAI) had banned the company. Krishank made it clear that he is not afraid of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the Musi River contractor Meinhardt, or any possible legal action and police cases.
