Dasoju Sravan, a national spokesperson for the Bharat Rashtra Samithi, has responded to statements from BJP leaders claiming that Telangana is the gateway for the party to enter South India. Sravan has said that the BJP is daydreaming if they think they can penetrate South India, as the region has already rejected them. He claims that the BJP doesn’t understand the culture, traditions, and aspirations of South India, and only knows how to provoke emotions. Sravan also attacked the BJP for wanting to break the “Ganga Jamuna Tehzeeb” in Telangana, which means the peaceful coexistence of different communities.
Sravan further claims that the BJP hardly has any presence in South India, with only three seats and thirty groups in the party. He believes that Telangana will kick them out and that the BJP should try their luck in northern India instead. Sravan praised the Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrashekhar Rao, and his government for making Telangana the land of development. He said that Telangana’s welfare schemes have become role models for the rest of the country.
Sravan believes that propaganda tactics will not work in Telangana, as the people are smarter than the BJP leaders. He claims that KCR is a strong and mighty leader who has done great work in the last nine years.
