The board of directors approved the project on February 23, 2026, marking a significant expansion of the company’s footprint in the city’s commercial hub. The development will also include approximately 36,255 square feet of retail and commercial space, designed to cater to the growing demand in the area. The project will be executed on a warm shell lease basis, with the company serving as both developer and operator.

The total investment for the project is estimated at ₹632.8 crore, which will be funded through a combination of internal accruals and debt financing. This strategic funding approach allows the company to manage capital efficiently while pursuing ambitious growth plans. The hotel is expected to become operational by FY2029, positioning it to serve both business and leisure travelers in one of Hyderabad’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
