To celebrate the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of Lord Ram, the Chilkur Balaji temple priests are organizing various programs starting from 3 pm on Monday. After the idol consecration, devotees will perform a ‘Maha Parikrama’ and an internal ‘parikrama’. During the event, the Shatagopam, the Constitution, and the Munivahana replica will be carried. This event marks the Prana Pratishtha of Sri Rama in our Constitution, following the Prana Pratishtha of Sri Rama at Ayodhya. It is considered as Rama Rajya based on the objectives resolution of January 22, 1947. The Constitution of 1950 also includes pictures of Sri Rama, Sita Devi, and Lakshmana in part III.
