CM Revanth Pays Tribute to Venkataswamy on His Birth Anniversary

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy paid tribute to G Venkataswamy, also known as ‘Kaka’, on the occasion of his birth anniversary on October 5. Venkataswamy was a well-known leader who worked to improve the lives of the poorer sections of society.

The Chief Minister highlighted that Kaka served as an MLA, MP, and Union Minister. He worked tirelessly for the welfare of weaker sections, including Singareni workers, leaving a lasting impact through his efforts.

CM Revanth Reddy also mentioned that Venkataswamy was deeply involved in the Telangana movement. He fought hard during both the first and second phases of the movement and even went to jail in 1969 for the cause of Telangana. The Chief Minister praised Kaka for his commitment to helping the poor, especially in securing housing for those in need.
