Gadwal, Telangana – District Collector B.M. Santosh has officially announced that admissions are now open for Telangana Minority Residential Schools and Colleges for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year.
The announcement came during a special program held at the Collector’s Chamber at IDOC on Wednesday. During the event, the Collector launched a new promotional poster to raise awareness about the admission drive.
Eligible students can apply for Classes 5, 6, 7, 8, and also for Intermediate First Year. These institutions offer quality education especially designed to support students from minority communities.

Collector Santosh also took the opportunity to celebrate the achievements of students from the Telangana Minorities Residential Junior College in Jogulamba Gadwal. He congratulated several students for their excellent academic results.
He highlighted Muskan Begum, who scored 994 marks in BiPC, securing State 4th Rank, and Nisha Parveen, who achieved 989 marks in MPC. Other high performers included Janeera Tabassum, Alfiya, and Chand B. The Collector praised their hard work and noted that their success will motivate many other students from minority backgrounds.
The event also saw the presence of Minority Welfare Officer Ramesh Babu, Principal Parvathi, students, and other guests.
