Karimnagar: District Collector Pamela Satpathy launched the poster for the 3rd All India Junior Chess Competition. This event will take place on July 12 and 13 at the Genius Chess Academy in Karimnagar.
Collector Satpathy emphasized that chess nurtures children’s intelligence. She noted that students who succeed in chess often excel in other areas too.
She encouraged the organizers to host the competition in Karimnagar with enthusiasm and energy.
Coach and Director Kankati Anoop Kumar informed the Collector about the preparations for the event. This is the third time they are organizing the All India Chess Competition, using the Swiss League format.
Genius Chess Academy founder Kankati Kanakaiah, District Sports Department Officer Srinivas Goud, Employees Association President Daram Srinivas Reddy, Kali Charan, Bharadwaj, Sagar, and others also attended the event.
